The construction mainly includes a stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool, square, and supporting facilities, serving as the venue for the 6th Provincial Games in 2022..
Among them,the competition pool in the swimming pool,training pooluses high vitrification degree, with a slip resistance coefficient meeting the standard 244x119mm special tiles for swimming pools..(1) Main tiles at the bottom of the pool:
The main tiles use high-grade standard swimming pool tiles 006286, deep blue bright surface swimming lane tiles 062892. According to relevant regulations, the main tiles must use light-colored white tiles and light blue tiles to better observe water quality and the condition of the pool bottom, increasing safety to avoid accidents. The bottom swimming lane tiles use deep blue for distinction. The short side pool walls use anti-slip tiles 006312, and the turning area uses deep blue rough surface tiles 011452 for paving. The rough surface tiles are designed for slip resistance, used on the short pool walls to enhance the anti-slip function for athletes during turns.(2) Edge area of the pool:The edge handrail area uses handrail tiles T03A08, striped anti-slip tiles T01B08, white anti-slip tiles for the pool edge 006396. The design of the handrail tiles provides warning, trimming, athlete support, and anti-slip function at the pool edge. The walkway at the pool edge is paved with professional anti-slip tiles that meet safety standards. The unique thin surface technology prevents sewage from seeping into the water, providing a very good barefoot feel, preventing athletes from slipping and avoiding safety hazards.
(3) Starting platform:
The starting platform uses trimming tiles T02B08,
edge anti-slip tiles T01B08, and corner strips T08A01 on the side of the starting platform,
which play a role in safety and slip resistance, preventing athlete injuries.(4) Rest platform:Rest
platformuses rest platform tiles T01B08, corner strips T08A01 above the rest platform, and corner strips T08A05 above the rest platform,
which can be protruding or recessed, convenient for athletes to rest at the poolside,preventing athletes from getting scratched.This area uses specially made edge anti-slip tiles andcorner stripsfor paving.(5) Construction auxiliary materials: special adhesive for swimming pool tiles, grout.The auxiliary materials for paving use special adhesive for swimming pool tiles and special grout, with bonding performance stronger than general adhesives, suitable for long-term underwater use, avoiding hollow tiles and preventing pool water from becoming alkaline, reducing later maintenance costs.Below are the site photos of the swimming pool tile project:
